As tournament directors, we had the privilege of actively supporting and significantly shaping the fascinating development of beach volleyball from 1997 to 2024 with great passion and dedication. During this time, the 2017 Beach Volleyball World Championships in Vienna and the 2019 Beach Volleyball World Championships in Hamburg stand out as particularly outstanding milestones – events that, with over 100,000 enthusiastic spectators each and international media coverage, rank among the most glittering highlights of this decade.
In addition to co-developing the renowned Beach Volleyball Major Series, which included stops in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Canada, Croatia, and the USA, we also had the distinct honor of playing a key role in numerous European Beach Volleyball Championships.
Through its unique combination of top-level athletic performance and first-class entertainment, beach volleyball has secured a distinctive place in the international sporting landscape. As part of our work, we were able to significantly further develop this innovative concept and add key success factors – including the exclusive business-to-business sector and comprehensive PR and promotional strategies. In this way, we contributed to the sustainable professionalization of the sport and raising it to a completely new level.
