Client: Erste Group Bank AG

For Erste Bank's summer party, we transformed the Theater im Park into an atmospheric open-air event venue.

Under the motto "ERSTE SUMMER BBQ," we developed a high-quality food and entertainment concept for 2,000 guests each evening.

A giant smoker, numerous food trucks, a silent disco, interactive outdoor games, a photo booth, and a video spinner ensured variety and a true festival atmosphere. The expansive park grounds provided ideal conditions for an open and communicative setting.

The focus was on the employees—and the opportunity to enjoy a balmy summer evening together in a relaxed atmosphere. To ensure this was a success, the board members actively participated: whether at the grill, the beer taps, or the prosecco bar—they were an integral part of the catering team and contributed to the special atmosphere.

The result: two unforgettable evenings with a unique atmosphere and thoroughly satisfied guests.
