10 Years Erste Campus

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Erste Campus, we had the pleasure of designing and implementing an after-work summer party for around 4,000 employees.

The anniversary was kicked off with a specially developed campus campaign. Together with Tom Walek and Gerald Fleischhacker, we created short video clips that brought the campus to life in a unique way and demonstrated that it is much more than just a workplace.

For the event, the expansive campus grounds themselves were transformed into an event location. Differently themed areas were given their own distinct character, inviting attendees to rediscover the campus, celebrate together, and connect with one another.

The diverse program ranged from various DJs, a live band, and street performers to a public viewing of the World Cup quarter-final. The event was complemented by a variety of food and bar options, as well as interactive stations such as a graffiti container, a social wall, a mosaic photo wall, and many other attractions. The festivities culminated in a fantastic disco that kept the campus buzzing well into the evening.

Together, we succeeded in creating an anniversary celebration that wasn't just a party, but a truly immersive experience – and one that impressively demonstrated just how inspiring a workplace can be.
